Platform fit finder
Answer four operating questions. The result narrows a trial list; it does not certify a platform.

The fit finder identifies an operating model to test first; it does not rank every product or certify a purchase. Save the selected answers and explain why they match the current team, systems, workflow shape, and approval requirement. Change one answer at a time to see which assumption moves the result.
Run a representative workflow
Build the same trigger, validation, branch, write action, review step, and failure route in at least two products. Use removable test records. Force a duplicate event, missing field, expired credential, rate limit, and unavailable destination. Record setup time, run visibility, task or operation count, owner permissions, retry behavior, correction work, and export options.
Decision boundary
Reject a product when the required connector or permission cannot be verified, a partial failure is not visible, the future owner cannot operate it, or the sustainable cost exceeds the manual baseline. Re-run the finder when the software ecosystem, responsible team, workflow consequence, or hosting requirement changes.
